Carly: I’ve worked for Bob for a while now and what is great
is he’s really evolving. He is a completely different person than he was four
years ago. We are a completely different company, we have new culture and different
leadership. He is working hard to change things for the better of his staff. He
is also making us change ourselves to be better staff. That is so important. We
read books every month and we meet weekly. It’s hard, but it is exciting and
motivating.
